President
Kathryn brings 14 years of "real world" corporate experience at WW Grainger to her position as President with BenchStrength.
Her comprehensive background includes Management experience in Sales, Human Resources, Leadership and Organizational Development, Marketing, Operations, Product and Project Management.
Kathryn also has 12+ years of experience working with "C Level" Executives.
Kathryn possesses a Post Graduate degree in Training &Organizational Development from Roosevelt University along with a BSE and Minor in Psychology from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
